Fedora Magazine Editorial Workflow
Content on the Fedora Magazine is created using a five-step workflow:
-
Article Proposal by Anyone
-
Clarification by Editors
-
Writing by a Writer
-
Review by Editors
-
Edit & Image by Editors
All initial proposal lands in the proposed state. After some clarification, a specific article goes through several states. Starting as a proposal, it progresses to in progress, ready-for-editing, and finally, it ends up being published. Each step in the workflow has its own page in this documentation that provides guidance.
Tracking
Article proposals are initiated, tracked, and discussed under the Team Workflows section of the Fedora Magazine Discourse forum. Everyone is welcome to submit one!
Articles in all states are represented in the Fedora Magazine kanban board. Each state has its own column on the board with the appropriate title.
