Golang 1.15

This update contains the following notable changes:

  • Improvements which reduce resource usage of the Go linker

  • A new time/tzdata package for embedding the timezone database into a program

  • The GOPROXY environment variable supports skipping proxies that return errors

  • Deprecation of CommonName field on X.509 certificates
