Erlang
Erlang/OTP 22.0 is available in Fedora 31. Notable changes in this upgrade include:

Better and faster compiler. Faster string operations which Elixir users will benefit.

A new experimental low-level socket API.

Even faster SSL/TLS operations. 
- 
Improvements on Erlang Distribution Protocol handling. Now, huge messages split into smaller ones, instead of longer blocking.
